Renee E. Ducre is the Global Director of Digital Marketing driving the social amplification and digital client experience for IBM’s Social Business and Commerce business units. Her responsibilities includes paid/owned/earned advertising, SEO, social media, digital web marketing and customer experience, and establishing digital KPIs/executive dashboard/instrumentation / ongoing tracking. Renee is then leveraging the key insights from new social media and digital web analytics/capabilities as tools to improve social and digital web performance.
During her 19 year tenure at IBM, Renee has held a variety of senior marketing
positions spanning across the hardware (UNIX / x86), global financing (leasing), and
software divisions (IBM Tivoli, Cloud, etc) as well as the
ibm.com and Healthcare / Life Sciences emerging business.
Renee holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Northwestern University in Industrial Engineering and a MBA in General Management from the Exec MBA program at Kenan-Flagler at UNC Chapel Hill.
