April is passionate about customers. The vision of the Zuora Customer Success Team is to enable our customers to achieve success in the subscription economy. She leads a team of Customer Success Managers who are responsible for increasing adoption, identifying upsell/expansion opportunities, & linking customers to advocacy activities. The team performs account planning and optimization workshops centered around the 9 keys for subscription success. In addition, April owns churn and the renewals process as well as the Net Promoter Score. Previous to Zuora, she established the Customer Experience function at Cornerstone OnDemand and spent 5 years at Salesforce.com in Technology and Products both in a Customer Success Manager role as well as leading a team of Program Managers who executed on projects for the business.
